A firm built on conviction.

Alta Persona was founded in 2013 on a quiet frustration: too many brands were being treated as marketing assets rather than as the operating system of a company. We set out to build a practice that worked the other way around — strategy first, expression second, both inseparable.

Today we are a thirty-person firm with studios in London and New York, serving founders, boards, and CMOs who want to be considered the definitive answer in their category. We are independent by design and intend to stay that way.
